SPECIAL METALS MONEL® 60 AWS A5.14 ERNiCu-7 .035" Dia Filler Metal comes in a 30 lb coil and is ideally designed for surfacing of steels using gas metal arc submerged arc processes. High strength rod renders resistance against corrosion in many media such as seawater salts and minimizing acids. It is perfect for gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc and submerged arc welding of MONEL® Alloys 400, R404 and K-500. It has good mechanical properties like tensile strength of 70000 psi for good operation and meets VdTUV 2114.01 - 2165.01 standard.
